Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our levels, curriculum, and enrollment

How do you determine which class my child should join?

Placement is based on the child's age as of the start of the academic year: Daycare (12 months+), Baby Class (2-3 years), Middle Class (3-4 years), and Top Class (4-5 years). We also consider developmental milestones during our initial assessment to ensure every child is in an environment where they can thrive.

Does my child need to be potty trained before joining?

Potty training is not required for Daycare or Baby Class; our staff assists with diapering and supports the training process. However, we encourage and work closely with parents to ensure children in Middle Class are transitioning to independent bathroom use, and we expect Top Class students to be fully potty trained as they prepare for primary school.

What is your teacher-to-student ratio for each level?

We maintain small groups to ensure personalized care: Daycare (1:4), Baby Class (1:8), Middle Class (1:12), and Top Class (1:15). Each class is managed by a qualified Lead Teacher and a dedicated Teaching Assistant.

What do the children learn in Middle and Top Class?

While Daycare and Baby Class focus on sensory play and social skills, Middle Class introduces basic phonics, number recognition, and creative arts. Top Class follows a structured "Pre-Primary" curriculum focusing on early literacy, math concepts, and school readiness.

Are meals provided, and can you handle allergies?

Yes, we provide a balanced mid-morning snack and a hot lunch daily. Our menu is kid-friendly and nutritious. We are a nut-aware facility and maintain a strict allergy log; alternative meals are prepared for children with documented dietary restrictions or religious requirements.

How will I know how my child is progressing?

We provide real-time updates (especially for Daycare/Baby Class regarding naps and meals). For all levels, we provide termly progress reports and hold Parent-Teacher Consultations twice a year to discuss your child's social, emotional, and academic growth.
